  : the staff was great and friendly. the location was great, house was roomy
  : roaches everywhere!! and the water heater was not working correctly. we bought over 400 in food to eat at the home but ended up having to throw it out and go eat. for 10 people it ended up being more expensive than anything! and roaches really just threw us off

  : Everything needed to be cleaned up a bit, not cleaning as per the management company but more: tile grout, carpet desperately needed cleaning or replacement, blinds were all broken, refrigerator ice maker, toilets overflowing, indoor furniture needed to be wiped down/cleaned, needed better outdoor furniture.

  : The location was great. Very roomy.
  : Parking wasn't the best. The carpet was dirty and needs replacing or cleaning. Furniture needs cleaning as well. The beds need to be replaced. They are old and worn out.

  : Quite location, close to the beach, had plenty of room for the family, private, pretty, pools was close- the kids had a ball.
  : Was not allowed too check in any amount of time ahead, door knob on front door was broken (had too dead bolt the lock every time going out which meant some one was locked out every time due too the little ones, there for a adult had too be on stand by to unlock the door) it was finally fixed on Saturday morning. and second- a roof repairman was scheduled to do repairs at 8am on Friday morning. I was thankful that I was up and was going too set outside to drink a cup of coffee and even him, I still had 8 sleeping family members asleep. as a business person you dont set up a repair when you have guest for that early in the morning, if it is a pressing repair a later time would be appropriate. it was very disturbing to deal with when your trying to relax and enjoy family. and the cleaning people really need too clean the floors, the kids feet all had too be washed before bed after having showers. Looked like they had been outside playing barefooted. But other than the repair issues, we loved the stay, enjoyed the family time, nice atmosphere. PS adding a can opener to the kitchen.
