  : This place was very unsanitary. My 3 year old and I were lying down and I could smell urine. I got up to figure out where it was coming from, and to my disgust I realized we were laying on a huge urine spot!! There is no excuse for something like that. Do not stay here

  : I was charged 150 bucks because I left cat liter in a lined trash can. I called them and they basically said to bad.

  : Very comfy bed once you're in it but edges are quite soft which makes getting in challenging. You have to kind of hop to be sure you're far enough toward the center or you'll slide right off the side
  : Bad smell in hallway but not in room. Our room had stained carpet. Pet room? I did notice that room across the hall had vinyl plank flooring. Perhaps they are in the process of upgrading. I feel all hotels should go to vinyl as it is much cleaner. Especially for pet friendly rooms!

  : Did not have breakfast as I left to early to take advantage of the opportunity, location was not good as I had to manage the traffic in the evening
  : The floor looked as though it had not been vacuumed for a couple of weeks, dust was built up in some areas, the room in general had a worn out look to it, with many slipshod repairs, I will not be returning to that location again.

  : The waffles were on point for my son. They were very tasty. The yogurt variety was very slim. Real berries to go with the yogurt or waffles would have been nice. Peanut butter for toast would have made us happier. Or strawberry jam… grape isn’t the most common flavour.Room: the bed was comfortable, the AC worked, the staff who were present were accommodating friendly and understanding.

Refer to notes above.Our room: no toilet paper, pink facecloths, dirty bathtub- hair still left in the drain from last guest, toilet very dirty inside the bowl, the hanger system was falling off the wall, the plug at the bed side had no cover plate on it. Switch to light next to bed stopped working on last day, a thick layer of dust everywhere, no shampoo, no Kleenex , and no room service. And a very big hole punch in the bathroom door. The towels on the first day were stained. The fridge has holes in it and is stained. Dirt inside the drawers. No elevator… so if a different room was offered I wasn’t able to accept because I couldn’t climb stairs.

  : Room was clean and comfortable. Entrance was a little shabby at back door. Amazingly quiet, no doors slamming or talking like most hotels. Dogs allowed, though confusing as their site says NO PETS and also as you enter it says same. I had to call to confirm that pets, dogs only, are allowed for a fee of $15 per night.
