  : Perfect location (not so close to all the other beach hotels, so you get more privacy and a peaceful beach). Beautiful rooms, good beach service & friendly staff. Very nice, quiet and clean hotel, I would say its definitely the best option in Montauk if you are looking to stay in a beachfront hotel.

  : Wonderful hotel - centrally located, very clean and well maintained, great pool and access to beach (inc. beach chair and umbrellas)Loved the garden and the fire pit which was available every night until 11 pm and appreciated the complimentary coffee and muffins/fruit they provide fresh every morning.This will be our new address in Montauk - a bit pricey but worth every pennyGive it a try - you won’t regret it !
  : Rooms are a little small but doesnt feel super tight, good if you dont have too much luggage and are traveling for a couple of daysWe stayed on the second floor so cant complain about any noise although the hotel was pretty busy for labor day - you do hear the road/cars time to time but its manageable - price for being in a central location
