  : Each time upon walking into the front door, I was very nicely greeted by the staff. The bed was very comfortable as was the temperature of the room. The refrigerator was working very good and there was a microwave available if we needed it.
  : The carpet in the bedrooms seemed to be very damp, I’m not sure what that was all about. The housekeeper knocked the next morning, but without even waiting 15 seconds, she barged right in. The second day upon returning to our room the only thing she had done was replaced our dirty towels, the garbage cans were still full and the coffee cups were not replaced. The swimming pool looked very beautiful, but was not available because a child had an accident in it, it was supposed to have been available after 7 PM the next day, but I never did see it open, maybe I missed it or maybe the same child made another accident, lol

  : Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was nice.
  : The lock to our room, at first, didn’t work so you could literally turn the knob and walk into it with no key card. We noticed it after we left our room and came back so we could have gotten robbed. Anywho, Management came up, they didn’t really fix the lock, they just played around with it until it worked, and offered us new room keys. THEN, using those keys, you would have to scan them at least 10 times before the door unlocked, so literally standing outside the door for five minutes before you can walk in. On top of that, there was a slow drain in the tub, which my spouse had to fix, or we was gonna have some real issues standing water in the shower was not gonna work for me. Thank God for him.
