  : Breakfast was excellent. Hotel was lovely. Room clean and comfortable and I even enjoyed hearing and seeing train from my room. Loved lobby and courtyard. Close to doctors and Morristown Hospital which is why I booked and stayed here. Thank you.
  : Red Dog Tavern, where we had dinner. Food was good. Service and staff, just ok. Not very friendly or welcoming. Also, please get rid of those black placements on each table and the tacky/sticky feel of tables. Other than great stay was great.

  : Our stay was a nightmare. After a 14-hour flight, we arrived at the hotel at 6:00 pm and were oddly asked if we wanted housekeeping the next day. We confirmed our wish for housekeeping after 10:30 am.Troubles began after dinner when someone from the adjacent room tried to open the interconnecting door past midnight. This unsettling experience forced us to barricade the door with our suitcases. We heard someone jiggling the lever on the other side, and in a panic, I discovered the telephone was not working. Desperate, I called the front desk from my international number. Stewart, the staff member on duty, offered to move us to another room (419) but said I had to fetch the new room key and luggage trolley myself, as no assistance was available. We felt very threatened and unsafe, with no investigation or follow-up from the hotel u.At 12:30 am, we moved our belongings, only to find the phone and TV were also not working. Exhausted, we decided to sleep. The next morning, I reported the incident and the non-functional phone and TV to the receptionist, who acknowledged the issue and promised to check with management. She assured us the issues would be fixed by evening and that our housekeeping request was noted.We returned at 9:00 pm to find our room uncleaned—waste bins full, dirty coffee cups lying around, no fresh towels, and the bed unmade. This was beyond frustrating. The hotel restaurant was closed, so we ordered takeout via Uber Eats and requested it be sent to room 419. After two and a half hours, we found our dinner sitting at the reception, as the staff neither sent the food to our room nor able to call us on a broken phone.The service is appalling, staff's attitude pathetic, and their disregard for basic hospitality and guest safety - shocking. We had planned to return for a week-long stay after traveling interstate, but we wisely canceled. If you are planning to book here do yourself a favour - DON'T BOOK! This was nothing short of...

  : The extra service charge for incidentals that are not used, nor do you have. Not very happy plus you are charged for each night. Such a rip off.
