  : No hangers in closet, no hairdryer, no lotion. When you are traveling it’s these little things that make a big difference.Dirty dishes in dishwasher that weren’t washed so I ran the dishwasher and washed them…which made the dishwasher leak all over the kitchen floor. Both chair and sofa worn and dirty. Front office not open the hours stated on window or website. Hours said opened 7 am. I was down there and no one showed up. No one showed up at 7:39, 7:45 or 8 am. I waited until 8:15 and left. Office still not open and I needed shower gel (not refilled before I got there and had none for my shower). When I stopped by in the late afternoon she stated they were short handed and she was late getting to work. That doesn’t help customers who need something.

  : cleanlyness was not good at al. Inside the kithen, certain cabinets were dirty, but mainly the floor had not been cleaned with water since longtime. It was very sticky and when whipping on it with a tissue, it was immediately very dirty. Toilet seat was also completely loose.

  : Absolutely nothing! it was dirty the sheets were dirty. There were bugs ALIVE in the lights, the vent was taped to the ceiling with blue painters tape. When we told the woman in the office about it, she told us “the Bug’s aren’t going to get you” we needed the space to get ready for my wedding the next morning and once I told management and show pictures of everything, they did not care all they wanted payment for the second night even though I told them I was not staying a second night due to conditions.
