  : Staff was very kind except at check-out. This hateful front desk female was rude, hateful, disinterested in my needs to book a new date for my next stay, unfriendly, and unsympathetic to my handicap needs. And charged me for my service dogs stay. She told me she had to see my card or papers to verify my dogs credentials. I told her she was not allowed to ask for that. I told her she violated my rights. And she still insisted that she could and charged me for my dog. I have a very bad neck injury and I need surgery. Right now my dog is in training with me and we discovered this past Christmas she needed eye surgery. We have been to Charleston 3 times since March to see Dr. Fischer. Long story short on your hotel, I called and reported this incident to the hotel manager named David. He was very apologetic. He also refunded the $75.00. I am returning this week to stay at the hotel again and bringing my service dog for another surgery. All I can say, is I hope I am treated better and with the respect I deserve as a person with a disability. I hope the manager made it a point to re-educate this girl with attitude. I was totally discriminated against and unjustly humiliated in front of others. When I go back this Tuesday, I hope I do not encounter her.

  : The price you pay is just for convenience of the area. Wasn’t worth it to us. There was soap scum in shower tiles and one of the lights didn’t work. The gym looked like it hasn’t been sanitized in awhile. The Lysol wipes were dried out.

  : We arrive for breakfast 10minutes prior to closing at 8:50 and the staff was already removing serving utensils and condiments from the area. I had to ask for syrup for my pancakes and silverware was also put away. Lastly, the apple had a fizzle taste to it because it had gone bad. I informed the chef and he instructed a staff member to pour it out.

  : You are within walking distance to more than 50 stores and 15-plus restaurants. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast employees are super kind and interact with the guests. Parking garage right next door was nice.
  : Pool is small in a very humid, hot room and the chlorine in it was way too much. Cloudy water and the air burns your eyes even if you didn't get in. For my liking, the beds were a little uncomfortable, and the air conditioning was lacking with the vent placement facing the door in my room.
