  : Location was perfect
  : The refrigerator did not get items to a temperature cool enough. There was no TV in one of the bedrooms, one toilet was loose,the carpet was stained and needs replaced with sanitary flooring. The patio table needs replacedalso there was painters tape on ceiling fan. Repairs should have been completed beforerenting.

  : Awesome view and very quiet.
  : Cleanliness was not good. Spent ah hour cleaning upon arrival. Fridge was horrible and smelled like fish; and coffee spilled all down the inside of the front door.

  : How close to the beach it was and the pool was kept clean.
  : The unit itself was not cleaners properly. Window sills were very dirt and the closet doers in the smaller room had something splattered on it. It was very noticeable.

  : The large balcony was nice overlooking the ocean. It felt very safe. Enough seating. Very bright. Kitchen was nice. Walmart and Barefoot Landing as well as Alabama theatre within 5-7 minute drive.
  : Carpet was very stained (looks nasty) needs to be replaced. No light in refrigerator. No pot holder. No pods were left for dishwasher to run upon leaving. First stay had to wait till next day for towels. You cant check in till 4:00 so if no towels there you cant take shower unless you brought your own. The fan for Master bath area is broke and LOUD. Only one bar soap was left but 2 bathrooms, and only a conditioner no shampoo for one bathroom. Bed in MB squeaked and was very uncomfortable. Both our backs were sore for a few days. Unit needs some serious detail cleaning, better beds, light bulb in frig, bathroom fan fixed, new floors instead of very dirty looking carpet needed. If all that were taken care of then I could better overlook the need to update the place (too many old decorating pieces) Also, very wierd thing about parking pass. It may be laminate it may not be. Mine was paper and had wrong date on it for our stay. I took to security office, downstairs by front door and elevator, and ask if it could be changed. The nice young lady threw wrong date one in trash and issued me a new one. Pretty normal huh? Well when we were leaving, my grandson who was thrilled with the trash shoot, wanted to put one more thing in so I gave him my parking pass to throw away. Then when my son was asking me where other pass was and panicked when I told him we threw it away. As it turns outthere is a sign/note on freezer door saying if the pass isnt left in the unit there would be a $200 fine. What? For a parking pass thats a piece of paper which had the wrong dates on it to start with. No way!! The security officer on duty when we were leaving couldnt believe it when I told him and showed picture of it.

  : The property was beautiful and clean. The ocean view was spectacular. It was very peaceful inside the apartment.
  : My family and I were there for four days.The home owners/neighbors asked my family and I on three separate occasions for the code to the front door. The first time they asked, I thought maybe they truly forgot the code. After the second homeowner asked my husband for the code on a different occasion and then my son on a third occasion , I became suspicious. It made me feel as if they thought we did not belong there.

  : It was a nice place. It was beach front, kitchen was fully stocked.
  : Did not like we had to pay for laundry service. Didn't like we only were given two rolls of toilet paper for 6days. No cleaning service. Didn't like the pool didn't have towels.
