  : We caught COVID in this room it was not clean the dishes were dirty the staff needs to Lysol after families never even left the room

  : Pools were closed . Only enough towels for one night for the 5 of us staying . Had to reuse them.

  : It was right on the beach.
  : It was hard to find, two different locations one was 30 minutes from the other so you could get led to the complete wrong spot. Then there’s no front desk or any BlueWater staff so if I had questions I got no answer also our door was broken the entire trip and we had to worry about our suite getting broken into. The floor was dirty upon arrival and we got 2 small trash bags and 1 roll of toilet paper which went in the first day. The closet door, along with a couple other materials, were broken upon arrival it was pulled out of the socket and would not move so we we’re forced to leave our items outside of the closet on the floor. Also witnessed a man jump and fall 12 stories to his death on my last day and that didn’t exactly give me a reason to come back..
