  : We wasn’t able to get keys or purchase anything from the property no room service called to make a a complaint everyone was rude. I been using booking for over 6 years service has always been great this time it was terrible. I don’t think I will ever book with booking again my husband and I anniversary was ruined. I booked a futon or couch bed didn’t have it it wasn’t enough room in there for our kids. It was terrible. I was so disappointed I have brought y’all several customers over the years. I never been so disrespected.

  : Just let you know if you want to leave early you will not be refunded nothing but the security deposit. Tv was broke, dishes and stove was dirty, shower had no pressure. They barely help you with anything I wouldn't recommend it at all

  : we liked the view of balcony: sunrise to sunset without blocking buildings, end of exterior hallway. salt, pepper, toilet paper, dish soap, paper towel starter provided. heated pool outside with unheated lazy river. ping pong table in indoor pool, and jacuzzi but noisy & busy w kids. starbucks station in lobby. sun deck w lounger chairs. early checkin was possible last minute and staff is responsive by text message.
  : payment is required out of booking.com, lots of details and verification of identity, and several alerts of cancellations if you don't respond within hours - which is horribly stressful.fridge is noisy, furniture is worn, shower temp finicky. single pane window don't isolate from street noise during high season with street screamers. onsite restaurant, bowling alley, ice-cream not a available even for a fee. sauna was closed because of covid but in allowed area.

  : I already felt the discrimination when I showed that it was booked by the website and not by the hotel itself. the rooms are inferior to the others. there is no daily cleaning like the other rooms.
