Policies

WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs USD 10 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 15 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Swimming pool #2 is closed from Mon 28 Oct 2019 until Wed 01 Apr 2020
A damage deposit of USD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Guests must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability upon check-in. Additional charges may apply.

Guests travelling alone must be 25 years of age or older to check in.

Please note guests must provide matching zip code for credit card information at the time of booking.

Forest Dunes Resort does require guests to sign a rental agreement at the time of check-in.

Please note that motorcycles, trailers mopeds, three-wheeled vehicles and golf carts are not permitted at the property.

Please note that this property has gone cashless and no cash will be accepted.
