  : Location. Amenities in the room.
  : The view from my “balcony view” was minimal. If I had known I would have gone to another place. It wasn’t a full view balcony. Nor could two people sit on the balcony. Only one chair and table supplied. When we used the dryer, there were two covers, made of hard plastic, inside the drum that could not stay on when in use. Upon my arrival a bedside lamp didn’t work. I called someone. The phone in the room not easy to use. The phone was tethered to the table. DON’T TRUST YOUR CLIENTELE? The maintenance guy showed up and replaced a bulb. I asked him if they had a desk lamp for a table I can sit at. He said he would go look. After 45min of waiting I called someone, and they said they would look into it.Thanks be I didn’t sit around and wait. 2hr later I get a call from the young lady, saying there’s only one maintenance person working, and that he could not find anything. ONE PERSON? It was Father’s Day for Pete’s sake. When I checked in, I asked the young lady, if the upgrade request I sent in after I booked, had been received and applied. I was told to do this. She said yes. After about 5min she gives me the card keys, and I look it shows 413. 4TH FLOOR??? That was my upgrade?Again, upon arrival it’s a corner room. Not told that upon registration. Also, all noises in the garage could be heard in that room. All noises, all hours. That’s enough, don’t you think?
