WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for US$30 per person per stay when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of USD 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note service charges and taxes are non-refundable. Big Fish Rentals will send guests a reservation email with instructions to sign a rental agreement online within 24 hours after booking and with detailed payment information.

After full payment is taken, the property will send guests the address and key pick-up location.

Check-in information sent 2 weeks prior to arrival date. For arrivals less than 2 weeks away, check-in information is sent immediately after payment is received.
