  : Mind you this might be the first review I ever actually cared to give, I am not a critic nor paid in any kind of manner for reviews. I was basically compelled to review this hotel. This HOTEL was probably the nasty hotel I have ever stayed in. The lobby was flooded with water everywhere the whole weekend due to a major water leak coming from the 2-story ceiling in the lobby. Drops would drop on me every time we went to go to the elevators. There was no way around. I videoed it. Trash cans everywhere collecting the water. One worker said it was sewage water. It literally dropped on me multiple times. The hallways smelled terrible like mold and mildew. The fact we had to clean the whole room up ourselves, take trash out, put towels away before we left what are we even paying for with the resort fees anyways. Their fast wifi? What a joke, even YouTube lagged at this hotel. Parking was a nightmare. Our car scrapped the ground every time we went in and out of the parking deck multiple areas due to giant potholes in an already extremely tight parking lot and deck. Something as small as coffee wasnt even provided anywhere. Not in the room, lobby, or the self-ran vending room. Even 2-star hotels provide coffee. Dont even bother at the pool. The building cast a shadow on it basically all day and it is incredible nasty, a condom was floating it in when we checked it out before deciding to just stick to the beach. DO NOT expect any help or to be amended any of the cost or fees you incurred at this hotel, Priceline, or booking.com. They will only say we cant help the hotel drips toilet water everywhere and will leave a note. All that being said whether you book directly to this hotel, thru Priceline, or somehow thru Priceline then it actually books it thru booking.com like our purchase did. DO NOT WAIST YOUR DOLLARS HERE!!! TRUST ME WE GO TO THE BEACH SEVERAL TIMES A YEAR TO MULTIPLE HOTELS AND THIS IS THE FIRST REVIEW IVE EVER DONE. THAT SHOULD SPEAK VOLUMES ABOUT THIS PL

  : Seemed to have bugs that resemble beetles on the curtain, The sheets made me itch all over so bought more from Walmart. The entire floor smelled wet and moist( i sprayed our room constantly) .The mattress is old and allll the springs can be felt.

  : Positives:The only thing good about the room is the view and size.
  : I'm not sure what was renovated. Negative(s):The place as a whole, filthy, filthy carpets, hallways reeked, elevators come..or don't. Construction/cleaning stuff left in an elevator. Didn't even dare the pool or jacuzzi, how clean could they be? The room was open upon arrival. Surface cleaning, did not clean under dressers, hair strands in the shower and bathroom sink and floor. Stained sheets and towels. I get some stains may not come out, after a wash, that also means, it's time to replace them. Bought cleaning goods and cleaned, slept on towels(not stained), bc I didn't know if the sheets were really clean. The t.v. did not work.
