Ocean-view Condo w Balcony

  : First of all there was no one at the front desk second when you walk in the door the room had an order decided to go to the pool and check out the facilities the door was locked I signed it says temporarily closed okay went out to eat came back to the room the balcony door was jammed broke my fingernail trying to open the door the bathroom had a nasty plunger full of diseases was disgusting at that point I was tired decided to go to bed got in the bed the bedding was damp got the spare sheets out the closet they were damn also there is no one at the front desk to complain to at that point I was furious I tried to lay in the bed with all my clothes on couldn't sleep at that point I decided to go home a four and a half hour drive my vacation was ruined bad experience I will not recommend this hotel to anyone when leaving there were two other couples lost trying to get in the building no customer service no one to explain to them how to get in very bad bad business when I book this room I thought I was booking through booking.com false advertising but if I had known that there will be no customer service no pool I would never had booked this room
