  : The pool and access to the beach were great! The property itself was taken care of quite well, pool is cleaned and chemicals are added every morning, Our room was very spacious and we had plenty of towels, washcloths and toilet paper for our stay. The views from our balcony were over the pool and of the ocean, the kiddie pool play area and the little kids lazy river were perfect for our 3 year old. Our unit was privately owned so we went through a Beach rental company and they were fantastic, would highly recommend!
  : The parking deck at the main building is absolutely horrific, you go up 6 levels to find a turn around sign at the end with not a whole lot of room to turn around, we have an MDX so it wasn't horrible for us but you better know how to drive for sure. Bigger trucks and Suburban's would probably have a much harder time, the elevators took quite a while as well so be prepared to wait or just take the stairs. The cleaning company that is used for our unit could definitely do a better job but was satisfactory enough with some minor cleaning on my part.

  : the room has not been cleaned well at all, the floor turned my sons feet black after 2 minutes of being there. the fridge didn’t work nor did the AC.
