  : The location, the pool was nice.
  : Upon arrival there was a nasty note left on the door by the people downstairs telling us “if we have kids” we couldn’t let them run jump or wrestle. They needed to stay extremely quiet because they had to work in the mornings. The kitchen had an awful stain all over the ceiling. The cabinets were falling apart. The floor was crunchy to walk on. (Def needs to be replaced). There were no pots and pans, no dish towels, no hand towels. And no large garbage can. Just one tiny can for the whole place. The WiFi name and password given were incorrect and when I finally figured out which one it was and how to get on it, it was god awful. We couldn’t even load basic websites on it.The TVs in the bedrooms didn’t work. The Rokus wouldn’t connect in 2 of them and the master bedroom tv wouldn’t let you do anything other then “store mode” where it cycles through stock photos. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable and squeaked louder than any bed I’ve even been on. You couldn’t turn your head without it squeaking. The “welcome basket” (or what we thought was a welcome basket) in the kitchen had nuts and bolts incase we needed to fix something??? And a single packet of dish soap. The code we were given for the pool didn’t work. We had to wait for another guest to show up and ask what their code was. The ceiling fans looked like they were cleaned in years. They had a thick layer of dust on them. And the bathtub had a massive 1”+ caulk line around it that was failing and we thought if we used it, it may leak into the walls and down to the lower unit. So everyone shared just the one shower.

  : The people at the office were really friendly and helpful.
  : The unit I stayed in was too outdated. The kitchen cabinets were torn and worn out. The refrigerator door did not close completely. The patio and front door area need to be cleaned. Both areas had spider webs everywhere.

  : I liked that it was clean
  : I didn’t like how the “king” bed was just 2 twins pushed together that litterally slid apart when sleeping.. I also didn’t like the terrible smell of weed and how the neighbors were stomping ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT long.. this will definitely effect future booking.
