  : I never had breakfast there, it seems like the ordinary breakfast , eggs and waffle and toast and it’s not free
  : The manager did not handle my situation with any knowledge, my husband book the room and I was on the reservation and I wasn’t able to check in, we were both coming in from different state and I was going to come a day early and they wouldn’t let me check in, she said he had to be there, the following day I spoke to the guy at the front desk and that is when he told me I could have check in because he saw my name on the reservation, I had to book an extra room so that I had a place to stay or I would be on the street wondering where to go, and don’t bother to call cause these staff does not answer the phone, only time they answer the phone is if you are in the room. The beds are the worst , they made a lot of noise at one point I felt sorry for the other guest on the other side so at times I would go in the couch.

  : The location was good, staff was friendly when you could find them. .
  : The room needs updating. The bed mattress has a big sink hole right in the center of the mattress. The toilet would not fill up on its own, we had to keep lifting the tank lid to push on the float (no screwdriver with us). The TV has no streaming services available, nor could I use 'screen mirror' on my phone since it is not a smart tv...so we were stuck with cable and no channel guide. No pizza pan, so bring your own if you want to make pizza. The ice maker made maybe 12 ice cubes over a 2 night stay, so plan to go to the ice machine in the hotel. They aren't on every floor either. This is a very family friendly place, a lot of kids so if your looking for relaxing by the pool, bring headphones.

  : even though tile floor had been swept it was not mopped .. my bare feet were dirty black in a few minutes of walking

  : Property manager needs to look at rooms closely for fundamental and structural repair.

  : The room was not really big enough for two queen beds. The space to the side walls was very tight.
