  : Beds were too tall and we had to climb in. no place in shower to put soap, shampoo etc. no drawers for clothes. fridge didnt work, shower was very slick and we were afraid of falling.

  : the room smelt musty and the doors were all dented and scratch paint. bottom of door was broke shower felt like i was going to fall through it ! sheets were stains towels were stained . people screaming all hours of the night and morning so noisiy

  : The pool wasn’t open the whole time and nobody could tell us why. The people in the room next to me and my kids smoked the whole time and when we complained nothing was done about it.

  : You charged our card twice for each room. We were never told this was going to happen and almost ruined our trip. We travel quite a bit and this will keep us from staying here in the future

  : No carpet inside the rooms.
  : Everything. Our room was filthy. Smelled like corn chips. Staff didn't care one bit. I had to purchase Clorox and disinfect the bathroom before bathing my children. Mold around the shower door in the bathroom. The toilet would not flush & the seat kept sliding off. When I asked for someone to fix the toilet I was given a plunger and told to return it when finished. There is no shelves or counters in the bathroom to place anything on. The shower has 1 handle inside and was very slippery. Staff was very unhelpful. You have to bring your used towels to the front desk to exchange for new clean ones. House keeping NEVER came by during our 4 day stay. Traffic to get out of the parking lot was a nightmare as someone had their white chevy truck parked at the furthest entrance, every day & night, blocking any through traffic. The hotel is located at the corner of a VERY busy intersection and shared a parking lot with a gas station so trying to leave was at least a 5 minute wait.There was only 2 trolleys to assist with luggage. The pool was closed most days. The ice machine NEVER had any ice in it. When I asked staff (Ms Selina) about it they shrugged it off and told me I had to wait for it to refill. The walls are very thin. We could hear everything that was going on above and beside us. The same with everyone being able to hear us. We were harassed by other guests about my babies being too loud and then was threatened by hotel staff with DSS police interference if we didn't settle down! Free breakfast was an absolute joke. Waffle iron was "out of order" and the yogurt cups were expired. Please book somewhere else. Do not stay at this filthy disgusting hotel.
