WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.

Swimming pool #1 is closed from Mon 01 Nov 2021 until Fri 01 Apr 2022
A damage deposit of USD 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note the property requires a valid credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellations prior to 30 days of arrival will be refunded.

We are currently under bathroom renovations on our higher floors as we prepare for another busy season at the Sun & Sand Resort. Construction floors will be shut down to guests entirely.

Only bookings from non-local guests are accepted; guests whose residence is within 50 mi (80 km) of the property will not be permitted to check in.
