  : The guy that checked me in was very professional and friendly
  : This was truly the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever encountered in all my years of traveling. There was trash on the floors in the hall, plastic wrap all over the stairs, mystery stains on lamps (that didn’t work btw) and carpet. The walls were also stained. The bathroom had mold around the fixtures and the tub didn’t drain. There were other rooms in the hallway that were wide open and in some sort of state of disrepair, with beds flipped over. I can’t forget to add the random carpet cleaner that was in the stairwell. The room itself smelled awful. There were two odd men lingering in the hall that were gawking at myself and my CHILD as we entered our room. This was the worst hotel experience I could imagine. If I hadn’t just driven in from Nebraska and wasn’t completely exhausted I would have never stayed. This place is a literal health and safety hazard.

  : Location was close to the freeway and about 2 miles from the conference center where we were meeting.
  : The toilet ran, toilet seat was loose, floor lamp couldn't be turned off except by unplugging it from the wall.My husband & I are in our 70's and were put in a 3rd floor room and no elevator so we had to drag our luggage up 3 flights of stairs.

  : Honestly, nothing about our stay we enjoyed.
  : Morning staff was extremely rude when we told him we had mentioned to night staff that we had no TV or certain plug ins were not working. Accused my son, daughter and I of "partying" when we were there to complete college orientation. If I could rate it less than 1 star I would. Absolutely unprofessional and will NEVER return.

  : The facility appears to not have been updated in decades. The furniture, carpets, and sheets look dirty.
