  : A lovely property not too far from centre of Napa. Comfortable and well appointed rooms. Good soundproofing. Friendly efficient staff and a good happy hour.

  : The bed was very comfortable and the choice of streaming was good.
  : No drawers to put clothes in. I had to use the open shelf under the tv. Also the charge of $18 per night for parking was unexpected.

  : Renewed hotel and facilities, functional & tasteful design. Breakfast was pretty good, although portions a bit small. Fresh coffee was good, but don’t order cappuccino or other “artificial” coffees and beverages.
  : Extremely noisy, specially from road. We had also ants in the room (more than a few!), and housekeeping would come only at the morning.I understand that the hotel was pretty full, but there was only very little interest to look for an improvement.Finally, we have booked the option with breakfast, but these ended on the final bill (which i figured out only from mailed invoice). It was fixed after few messages, so except the hassles, let’s call it “misunderstanding”.

  : Great location, nice lobby/bar/outdoor area. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Property is well maintained. Great breakfast on site for purchase.
  : The staff in the breakfast area were very loud and unprofessional. I overheard several personal stories/issues on two different occasions. I even overheard what appeared to be an employee issue with another being handled by a superior out in the open. Very uncomfortable. No pool
