  : There was nothing to like I’ve called corporate and gotten no response. I was checking in my room at 3:50 to be told to wait until 4pm then to be told I had to wait my room wasn’t ready ok the man assisting said he was going to call me I waited with 3 kids in the store for over 4 hours I called number to be transferred to a operater who spoke to him and she told me he said room was still not ready finally a little after 9pm we got into our room I paid almost $300 to not be able to get in my room until 9pm when check in was at 4! I waited till morning to speak to supervisor she told me nothing she can do! Ridiculous for the amount. I paid !!! Kids in pool were going crazy nobody watching them.

  : Breakfast was just ok. Could’ve used more fruit options.
  : The bed was uncomfortable and broken. Felt like I was sleeping upside down and the pillows were very uncomfortable.

  : Computer system was down so we had no keys. We had to be escorted to our rooms. Could not enter door from parking lot because we had no keys.
