  : We loved the location and the pool
  : Day 1 we checked into our room and there was a bug in our bed first thing ugh!!! Ecolab is supposed to be coming to service the room. Front office manager wanted to argue and say this was a stink bug, not bed bugs! They moved us to another floor to a room with no towles or toiletries. Called front desk and it took over 45min to get items. I called front desk again and they said ok they cant provide a time frame to get us the items but they will leave a message. A pair of my husband shorts ($90) was lost in the fast move and we had to go buy more. Two staff members told us we had credits on our account to use each day, upon check out the manager was rude and argumentative and said she had no idea about credits and didn't know why her staff said that to us. The 2 gentleman that helped us took off charges for 1 night due to bugs then we are supposed to receive and gift certificate in the mail for a 1 night at any hilton. We expressed how we will NOT be using hilton again and to please just use that and take another night off this stay. She said NO. This was our anniversary and last vacation til I graduate next fall. We paid extra to have fun and have a nice stay. Hilton will never be on our list again! Also valet parking is $59 per day. Apparently it is optional but they do not tell you that and block the garage so only they can drive in.

  : The location was very good. Handy to downtown. Only a short walk to everything
  : Continental breakfast would have been nice included. Also we only got 3 bath towels and had to keep asking for more

  : Close to downtown Nashville if you’re into that.
  : Wasn’t so much the hotels fault, but Nashville was a huge letdown. Not family friendly at all very expensive and food was not very good.

  : I didn’t like that we didn’t know that we had to pay $59 a night in parking and that there were not other options for parking yet there actually was and he was so rude he didn’t care to be kind and let us know about the area or stay.

He also gave us an attitude about parking and said that is everywhere here.
