  : Everything was good, i love that everything was easy, from the reservation, the staff was friendly and we got what we needed. I travel with my pet a not cost, wich was a plus for us. The McDonalds was close to it wich was convenience for my travel.

  : It was close to Nashville.
  : It was not clean. The front desk staff was not welcoming at all. There was barely a welcome in when we arrived. We got to our room and the floors were sticky the caulking was gone in the sink barely holding it up the bath tub had hair in it. The trim by the floor peeled half off. The online booking does not match the place we walked into. We did not even sleep there we left. As soon as we had seen the state of the room we were given we went straight back to the front desk and gave the room keys back expressed that the cleanliness was not up to any sort of standard for a paying customer. We gave the key back and did not even bother to ask for a refund. It was not worth it.

  : Good bedding and a real freezer compartment in the bedroom fridge.
  : Not very clean. Air conditioning that makes a lot of noise and, when turned off, gives off heat.

  : Nice place. Clean facility. Staff was very friendly and the large wardrobe roller type thing allowed me to roll it outside and bring everything to the room in one trip and out in one trip.
  : The A/C would get the room ice cold. However, it didn't run long enough to dehumdify the room of humidity. The floor seemed to collect this humidity with the floor staying "wet" during the whole stay. We used towels after our showers to mop the floors trying to keep them dry.Also, the flapper in the toilet leaked. The toilet would leak and fill every 5 minutes the whole stay. Not an issue if you kept the door closed. I informed the clerk at check out because this would really effect the water bill.I shared photos of the bathroom door I made on arrival because we had a 10 lb Chiweenie I didn't want her to get accused of doing this damage. I didn't make other pictures. I noticed the grill on the bathroom exhaust fan had a lot of lint accumulated on it.This is not a reflection on the rest of the room which was adequate and nice and clean. The door worked properly. The extra security lock on the entry door broke during our stay.The TV wasn't that important to us although we used it for noise to keep the dog quiet. It seemed to have adequate programming.The pool area looked clean and inviting but the purpose of our visit wasn't to swim. There was laundry machines on the property but posted on the machines was a note: "Not in use". Luckily we didn't need them.The wife seemed to be pleased with the accommodations. Her only complaint was the wet floor. It wasn't bad enough for her to call the desk about. We just dealt with it. If we can keep my wife from complaining and her saying we got a really nice room at a good price, we've done a great job.We also noticed the neighborhood of this location. It didn't appear to be "safe"; However, we didn't have any issues with surrounding service stations and stores.The Nashville Police informed us we were staying in an unsafe neighborhood, but as I said, we had no issues with our surroundings.

  : The room had broken missing and nasty furniture and fixtures. 5’ pool only had 3’ of water. Only 2 towels for three people. Missing sink stopper, missing outlet covers, broken door lock, mirror held to wall by screws, nasty microwave, cigarette burns everywhere in (nonsmoking room) ….

  : It was clean and very well lit.
  : While I could clearly smell weed in the hallway. No big deal. I do not understand why there is not a floor that allows smoking. Smokers exists and want to enjoy a vacation like a non smoker. I mean it would not hurt y’all to make the 5th floor a smoking floor.
