  : Location location. The rooms are generous with a small kitchenette.
  : Booking.com has the wrong pictures. We booked a room hoping that we get a suite. When we got there we had a studio without any separation. The hotel receptionist reviewed the pictures on booking.com and stated that they misrepresent the room.

  : Very clean, good spot in the city.
  : When I came to check in, the woman at the counter could not find my reservation and was very unfriendly about it. Instead of telling me the issue she shook her head at me and stayed quiet. I felt like I was being accused of lying and/or trying to use a reservation that was not mine, all the while she had my drivers license in her hand. there was some confusion with the name on the reservation and she insinuated that I was not who I said I was, even though my license had my name (and all of the parts of it that were confusing her) on it. There were also $200 in additional fees that I was not made aware of until getting to the hotel. They put a $100 hold on my card for “incidentals”, which is fine, but it was never disclosed to me, so when we got to our room and saw that it had obviously been trashed (and then cleaned) by previous guests, I was terrified they would keep my money and accuse me of making those damages, mostly because of how my interaction with the lady while checking in had gone.

  : Overall the hotel was clean. Friendly staff and good location.
  : Comforter, mattress pad with stains. Disgusting, stained bad skirt. Everything was changed per my request. Also the blinds were dirty and stained. I think the personnel should know when its time to change it as it spoils the overall impression. Bath and kitchen are nice and clean. Breakfast very average but the breakfast area is very nice and clean.
