  : The place was clean, but that's all I could say
  : The couch was on its last thread. The cushions were so thin you were sitting on what felt like wires! The bed in the one bedroom was very unstable and I didn't feel comfortable sleeping on it. We put the mattress on the floor because we were worried the bed legs were going to break. The rug was old and shredded. It didn't feel very homely.

  : Really didn't stay long to find out to be honest.
  : The location was scary and sketchy. There was something brown on our guests sheets. Which it being 4am and it went from the sheet to his knees and smeared. They didn't get washed and no pictures where taken of the brown shit looking stuff. I was pissed off for sure but to late to do anything about it. And I got the message that I wouldn't be getting my $300.00 deposit back because of it. Also my guest smoked but not in the building. He even got locked out and we had to go let him back in. Yes he left his cigarettes pack on the table. I over looked that on cleaning the rooms before we left. But I made sure most of all trash was picked up. Also I was informed the room had to be in order as we found it. So that made me even wonder if they even replace the sheets before every new guest shows. I don't recommend this place to no one. Also to add that afternoon when we got there we couldn't figure out how to get in the place. And when talking to the attendant he was extremely rude and condsinding towards us so we was to him as well.

  : First of all, I paid and instructions were sent to my email about a gate code to access gate then a code for the door to enter the building. Mind you that gate code given in the email is a scam because the gate is never locked its always left open. Its an opened gate, period! If you value your car and valuables then dont rent this apartment. 2. The code in the email was not able to open the door to the apartment. I called the owner and he gave three different combinations which never worked. Then he said hold on let me get back to you. I have to call management. Then he sends a txt again, saying add a # at end of the number combination. Mind you the keypad had no # or *. Also the apartment downstairs had a party of some sort going on. So it was really noisy. Not an ideal place if you are driving from out of town and want to have a good rest. I had to resort to getting a hotel. Whiles on the way to the hotel the owner txts me that I need to push the door harder because the door had swollen. I was not having none of it. Im not going to mess with someones door and have my security deposit taken. Long story short! Dont waste your time.

  : We weren't able to relax in the living room because the springs in the couch were popping out.The hallway and stairs were filthy. Even entering the building was disgusting, with garbage including a used female sanitary pad.

  : They put me in my 4 person group in the smallest property they had available . It says 2 king bedroom special , I had to argue w them for me to move into the proper apartment I paid for . 2 week reservation and I only stayed in the 2 king bedroom suite for 5 days . They seem very bias to who they are giving the larger apartments to. Ppl ofcolor seem to get the smaller units . Whilst other w ethnicities get the bigger units . The WiFi also went out damn near every other day . I wouldnt book here again .

  : It was very private and safe.
  : The train track was directed behind our apartment and it woke us every time it passed by. The furniture in the living room needs to be changed as it was very old and the couch was broken. There was no shower just a bath, which made it very difficult to wash my hair.

  : The size was perfect. Close enough for a cheap Uber to downtown. Beds were comfortable.
  : Hallways smelled like marijuana and body odor, floors were filthy in the room and the furniture was terribly uncomfortable. The couch was nothing but springs and there was only one chair to sit in. There was no one to call for extra towels and the soap in the bathroom was empty.
