  : The room was not clean. There was even a screw under the sink. The smoke detector was missing and a hole was left in the wall.

  : Check in was easy and quick, directions to the room were good. The room was spacious, clean, and well appointed. The walk in shower door didn't like to stay shut (it slid back to open if you didn't prop it closed) but the bathroom was very clean overall and the towels were average soft. Mini fridge was bigger than average, dresser and closets were well appointed, TV was plenty big and easy enough to work with a few channels. The location is right off the highway with easy access to Milwaukee but there were plenty of trees to block any noise and we slept with the window open and the a/c off. Close to plenty of shopping and there is a restaurant across the way you can walk to.
  : The pool was a little strange with the red light thing, the cold water, and the hot tub had some violent bubbles but it was overall relaxing when they were turned off. Pool/hot tub didn't have anything wrong, just a weird vibe so I can't really count it against the hotel. Could it be better, yes. Was it bad, no.

  : Staff at front desk was great. Very friendly. Kumar I believe was his name.
  : Hotel is being remodeled so there were some moldings missing, electric socket came out of wall. Microwave is right in front of bed so you see it all night. Fridge was wobbly in cabinet. Breakfast was cold cereal and cold pastry and hot coffee.

  : The barking dogs in the room next to mine starting at 6:30 am. I left for the day and they were barking when I came back that evening. I complained 2x was told they were checking out the next day when I asked to be moved.

  : I made and paid for a reservation. I got to the hotel to check in. They didn't have the information. So I had to pay twice. I sent the information with proof to booking.com and I keep having to send the same information over and over. I will not be using booking.com for anything in the future.
