  : Convenient for local destinations and day trips
  : Booked a King Suite and upon checking in was told the room I had reserved was no longer available and I could take a hearing accessible room or a queen room. I subsequently was downgraded at the same price for a two bed queen room once the desk attendant asked if a bright flashing noise would bother my stay.

  : Upon check in I was asked for a credit card and was told to put in machine. I asked if I was being charged and she said yes. I informed her I had already paid through booking. She hit cancel and said it canceled. Went to room and TV was not working, lady came from downstairs (she was very nice) moved us to another room. Next morning as we were leaving I wanted to make sure we were not billed because charge was pending on my card. I walked down and no one was at desk. I could hear someone in back room because chair was squeaking. I said Hello 4 times, nothing so I clapped my hands real loudly and this lady came from the back gave me a look to kill and then pointed to sign and said you didn’t read sign? Sign said say hello if no one is at desk. (Just what I did) then she wanted to basically call me a liar like I didn’t say hello. Guess she just have gotten up in the wrong side of the bed. After all that I told her situation from night before and she assured me I was not billed. Well guess what? It was on my card when I checked today. Had to call hotel and spoke with someone named David (which was very nice) and he said sure enough they had billed me again and he would correct it. So hopefully, they will credit my card.
