  : I have stayed here before. My room had curtains that didn't close completely. There was a gouge out of the shower surround that had been poorly repaired. A 'what the heck is that?!?' kind of moment. The beds were not crisply made which is a silly complaint, but I think it sets the tone of a stay. In the past the breakfast has been fine. This time it was not good at all. I didn't want a waffle, which would have been good I'm sure. I had some round scrambled eggs that were not good. The fruit salad seemed to be several days old. Really overripe dark watermelon and a strange refrigerator taste. The coffee was good. The juice was good. The staff was very friendly as always. Being on the main floor near the parking area with curtains that didn't close completely was odd. The tv is very small which seemed silly with how cheap tvs are these days. I will stay here again when I visit New London, but this was my least favorite visit for reasons stated. I also think that you should invest in one or two location EV Chargers. I drove my electric vehicle to NL and had to drive to Neenah to charge. Level 2 chargers are not that expensive and a couple available would be a nice addition.

The gouge missing from the shower surround that had been poorly repaired with what looked like wood putty looked like it could have been something gross that wasn't cleaned. Upon close inspection it was just a bad repair. The room had a weird chemical smell. I woke up with a slight sore throat. The breakfast this time was very bad. Mushy round scrambled Luke warm eggs. Bad several days old fruit salad. I just really wanted some scrambled eggs and yogurt because I'm trying to be heart healthy after 3 stents were placed in my heart 5/6/24. The eggs were bad. It's not hard to scramble real eggs. The curtain not closing completely was odd, but I slept alright anyway. That should be repaired since it is on street level and right next to parked cars. I was in room 111. The staff was friendly, but hotels should have uniforms. It seemed a bit casual for some employees. Black pants and a branded polo would be perfect.

  : The suite was very nice.
  : The shower had no pressure, and the toilet kept backing up. the hot tub was not working in the ppol area. That was the whole reason to stay there. It was room 112.
