  : Location was great , in The historic French Quarter and an old building . Comfortable , we walked everywhere and Dwayne the Manager was so helpful . We had a great time.
  : The building was old so we had a room without a window , next time we would make sure we had a window .

  : The historic property is located in the French Quarters near various restaurants/activities and Bourbon Street. Dewayne and Neil (Inn staff) were hospitable and accommodating which made the stay decent.
  : The property needs to be refreshed and deep cleaned. The lobby area is the first space customers see when they enter the property. Update the furniture/decor and consider the layout to maximize space on the first floor. Upgrade the air conditioning units to commercial grade or central air. Consider accessibility options for customers that may have disabilities or are older in age. Clean/pressure wash the courtyards, maintain the plants/greenery to ensure they do not overgrow the area, and update the outdoor furniture. The building in 1024 area needs to be repainted, rotten wood replaced and unstable staircase to the second level repaired/replaced. Even though the staircase has been quick fixed with blocks of wood underneath the risers, it is still not a stable structure. The inn on St. Ann can be updated without compromising the integrity and historic charm.

  : Rooms were very small, I mean very small no way were they doubles just a double bed in a single room, towels werent changed regularly, no hot water for showering in one room coffee maker broke in another all reported but nothing done.
