  : I'm not the one to complain, and this isn't a snobby traveler that didn't get their way speaking here, this is a warning to all potential bookers, there is nothing to like about this place. Stay away and don't give your money to these crooks.
  : When arriving, our lock didn't work. We waited 2 hours past our check in time until we finally got an email updating our lock. We also realized all elevators besides one was broken in the 15 story building. Not only did it take forever to get an elevator, it was packed to capacity with no a/c, something you really don't hope for during a pandemic.When we finally got into our room we realized the bathroom was dirty with a half drank Red Bull can sitting above the toilet. The freezer had also exploded...definitely wasn't "thoroughly cleaned" beforehand (which they later lied to BOOKING about.)We tried calling the number provided to discuss, but no answer. We called BOOKING to have them call, they did not answer BOOKING. There was never a single human to talk to about any of these problems.When we went to use the washer to do laundry, it did not work (another thing they lied to BOOKING about after the fact) and the dryer was also full of sand.This place advertises that you must wear a wristband, not because it's some fancy establishment, but to "keep sketchy people out" - which they did not do. We saw tons of people without wristbands that would hangout in front of the building at all hours of the day, going in and out (who the security guard hung out with) but when a couple from Italy came, he forced them to put on a wristband. Speaking of people hanging out in front, it says clearly "no smoking" or you will get fined. Okay. There were huge groups yelling, smoking and drinking in font. Security never did a thing.Lastly, they lied on booking about free parking, there was no free parking - $20 a day. Not only do they lie right on booking.com website, they lied to BOOKING to their faces when we brought it to their attention with PROOF. Still, nothing was done. So the only thing that can be done now is this, DO NOT STAY HERE. I've booked a lot through BOOKING and can't believe booking.
