  : Location is great, get close to the French Quarter
  : Everything in this room is broken and it is impossible to get anyone's help. Room was supposed to sleep 4 but one bed (soda bed) is entirely broken, so it only does two, shower head is broken, internet wifi rarely works, ac can't be adjusted, dishwasher is difficult to operate bc of faulty latch....Calling the company in california only ends with a promise for a call back from a mysterious property manager that never calls....

  : They main door wouldn’t open. The codes kept having to be changed. And I need a refund of at least $50 because my time was wasted. And I couldn’t freely leave my room without getting locked out and the “hostess” over the phone was barely any help. I had to depend on other guest to let me in which is dangerous.

  : The location is close to everything.
  : Check in process was ridiculous. Asked for early check in, was sent a confirmation that yes,it was ready. Lugged all my stuff to the apartment and last customer was just leaving. Housekeeping came up and still has to clean. Called and asked if there was another apartment I could check in and was told yes, they would get code and call me back. Waited thirty minutes in hallway and called back - was then told no, there was not and I would have to wait until regular check in time for original apartment. So, I sat there for an additional hour with my things and cold food until housekeeping was done. Also, housekeeping advised she had just got the call to come clean so they should have known it wasn’t clean. They were completely unapologetic and had no empathy that I had literally just driven from Texas and literally was told yes I could check in at that time. Customer service was horrible and had attitudes as if the check in issues were MY FAULT and not Hosteeva. Second floor is very loud all day and night so if you plan on sleeping at all, you won’t. Wifi did not work, tv remote was broken, door was off hinge. I just- very bad experience.

  : It wasn't to far from the French Quarters.
  : Bed was horrible, only 2 lights out of 5 were working in the bathroom, no toilet paper holder, only I towel rack that was usable, floors were dirty, no forks, no extra toilet paper, didn't no what pods to use in dish washer and what pods were for the clothes washer and only 3 glasses all missed matched. Sofe sleeperwas very uncomfortable could feel all springs and bars could be felt if you were sitiing or trying to sleep.

  : Queen sofa sleeper turned out to be a futon with a pull out twin cot underneath, broken patio door blinds, not enough towels,internet kept going out while trying to watch Netflix,(no cable, just dtv),outdated broken patio furniture and broken patio tiles

  : Everything. The bed sucked. There was holes in the wall. Just a junky place. Couldn’t even say there it was so bad. Had to go rent another place.

  : The toilet wasn’t working and wasn’t clean all the complete building including the rooms smell horrible the bed was too old every time you move, it crunch like it’s gonna break definitely I won’t stay there never again, I wait around one hour to get my room and it wasn’t clean, the staff was really nice and helpful trying to make my stay better but definitely this is not on the staff this place is in bad conditions, after paying for my stay I found better places and cheaper so I regret to didn’t search enough.
