  : The location was great because it was a short 7-10 minute walk to the French Quarter and to local restaurants in Marigny and Bywater. The place offers 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms and has an open concept that offers a lot of space.
  : The location was phenomenal but the building itself was terrible. The air conditioners were shooting out black particles that covered the kitchen floor, the beds, and the bedroom floors. When they were wiped away, swept, or cleaned it left a black streak behind. This was something in the air conditioner that blew out the entire week we were there. The pool is SHARED with another AirBnB and was not clean. In the 2nd floor bathroom there were multiple dead caterpillars that kept appearing on the towels. In the "essentials" area-- there were no extra toilet paper or paper towels. They offered coffee essentials only. When we got to the place the dishwasher unit had standing water and was not drained. The spiral staircase is not safe for younger children. There is NO bathroom on the main floor. All the windows on the main floor face out to the pool or to another closed off portion in the backyard. Two of the three were covered, the one that was in the kitchen had been wiped (there was some sort of window covering film) and so anyone could peer in. There were heaps of trash and broken furniture in the back. At one point a truck drove in to collect garbage --but it never left and just sat in the back.
