  : The cleanliness of the facilities and the spaciousness of the room were definite highlights.
  : Our stay at the hotel left much to be desired for several reasons.Firstly, we consistently felt like they were trying to charge us for everything. Upon arrival, they attempted to charge us for the room and taxes, despite us having already paid through Booking. It took them about 15 minutes waiting in the lobby to verify this. Additionally, they charged us a security deposit of 300 euros, which seemed excessively high and was not disclosed anywhere.Moreover, we had booked with breakfast included via Booking, but upon arrival, we were informed that they didn't operate that way. Instead, they provided a daily credit of 25 euros per room for breakfast. With coffee starting at $5 and standard breakfast dishes ranging from $17 to $20, it was impossible for two people to have a proper breakfast as promised.Upon checking out, we were presented with a bill that did not match our expenses, of course with charges that we never did. When we raised this issue, they sent us another bill that still did not accurately reflect our actual charges. This experience left us feeling as if they were constantly trying to deceive us and extract more money than justified.Lastly, the common areas were not conducive to relaxation. There were people drinking everywhere, and the pool was so crowded that we couldn't use it. People were drinking inside the pool and spilling their drinks. There were bachelor parties and birthday celebrations, and we weren't even sure if all these individuals were hotel guests.In summary, our experience at this hotel was quite negative and did not meet our expectations.

  : I liked the location and the valet parking. The room was nice and cozy.
  : I didn’t liked that I was charged for the room even though I paid upfront through booking.com. I have yet to receive a refund after being reassured that I would. I also didn’t like that the linen on the bed was visibly dirty. You definitely could tell that they didn’t change the sheets after their last guests.
