  : The best thing is certainly the location in NYC, but was a little rough around the edges specifically in China Town. The room was decent, spacious bathroom, my husband loved it and saw no problems and bed was very comfy. I thought it was a great place for someone who is travelling and isn't too fussed about the "comforts" or "luxury", because this hotel is very basic. Lovely stay on a whole but we did face a couple of issues.
  : Although it days 24h reception, my husband and I found ourselves locked out of the property on 3 separate occasions, including one time after getting back at 1am and being locked out for approx 25mins in -2 Celsius November cold. The hotel itself didn't have coffee/tea facilities, nowhere to buy a snack and no drinks were available. The rooms are very basic, not awful but it's a place to rest your head I guess. Smallest of wardrobes, no hangers - we ended up just living out of our suitcases. Shower didn't work, so we had to use a bath every time we needed a wash. Housekeeping changed the litter bins but didn't give use fresh bedding for the whole 4 days of us staying there, towel were changed once I think.
