  : Location was great, room was very spacious and clean. Had a small, but working kitchen.
  : - Warning: property did not have an elevator and I was put up on the 4th floor. - Building was also a little noisy, but not until around 10:00am.- Unit did not have an iron or ironing board.

  : I had the worst experience ever as tourist for paying 2400 $. I will tell you my story, please be aware of any SoBeNy properties on the market, they are an irresponsible corporate.My experience with SoBeNyI had been long waiting for my trip to NYC with my parents, it was a dream for them which came true, so i picked a centered location in Midtown on 49th st and 9th avenue to enjoy my staying there.When i arrived at the property at 8.00 PM the Guy who was supposed to give me the keys did not answer the phone, me and my parents stayed on the street with all our suitcases and grocery bags for 20 minutes waiting in vain not knowing what to do. (the number displayed of SobeNy is an automated machine so you do not have any REAL contact).After 20 minutes staying like dogs in the streets the Guy came and told me that the apartment wasn't clean and he did not have SHEETS, or TOWELS. We were very very tired after a 20h journey so we had no choice, but to get in the dirty apartment and rest.The next day the cleaner did not come and my mum had to clean the apartment in order for us to have a clean environment to stay for 1 week, we bought cleaning materials and cleaned the apartment by our self. A very sad thing when you go on vacation and have to clean what the other guests left.The same day the we had book one fancy restaurant and where going to have a shower, but guess what? The shower did not have hot water, so what to do? we decided to boil water and pour it into the large garbage can. we managed to have one of the most terrible shower one can have for paying 400 $ per Night.Apartment is very small and stairways are very risky, there are plenty of rats which by the way ate some of our groceries the first day we arrived. They offered me a 20% discount which i have been waiting for almost 2 weeks. The fact that the cleaners did not came is a reimbursement of the 175 $ cleaning FEE it is not a discount in my view. SobeNy still today has not reimbursed me!

  : I liked the washer/dryer being on property. It was extremely convenient for me as a mother of young kids. I also appreciated the full access to cable/internet streaming on the TV.
  : I hated that it was so small and there is no elevator in the building. It was a horrible time parking and I'm sure that I spent close to a thousand in parking alone. I also didnt realize there were going to be extremely loud tenants in the building. Some nights I heard music blasting until the late night hours. I also had to provide certain essentials to keep the place clean while I was staying....I don't believe it should have been on me to have had to provide cleaning products, broom, etc in the rental, but I was left with no choice since I had small children with me.

  : The location of the home is perfect. Very close to cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, and 50th street metro station. Special thanks to Robert, our city hero, always helpful and very responsive. We took our sandwiches and have our breakfast at the park right across the street with singing robins around. We prefer Food to Go for groceries and home take aways.
  : As a New York classics, spaces are small but it's ok since we were not there to live at the home. We stayed in two bedrooms apartment -called loft- with my young adult twins, way much convenient to stay in two different hotel rooms. Is it loudy? Yes, a bit. It's an old traditional New York apartment, you can hear the kids jumping upstairs, or laughing people coming back from a fun dining. We prefer to enjoy the Friendslike moments.
