  : No elevator, the building and the stairs were not cleaned, some neighbor too noisy

  : The location was convenient to activities and the subway.
  : The apartment we rented was unavailable when we arrived due to some “staffing problems”. The apartment they put us in was on the 4th floor with no elevator. The TV and internet did not work. The staff claimed that Spectrum, the internet and TV provider was down. However, Google said there were not downtime’s for Spectrum in Manhattan at all. Halfway through our stay, the TV began providing network channels, but none of the streaming services that were supposed to be available. The internet never did work. Despite almost daily requests from the staff to take care of these matters, there was essentially no response, not even providing clean towels when requested. It felt like a bait and switch operation.

  : The location is perfect. You can do all by feet. We did a very late arrival (2am) and the person in charge was there to hand over the keys very quickly. The apartment is small but very convenient in the heart of Time Square.

  : My stay was 4 days, when I arrive the place including the beds were dirty, the bed sheets also dirty and not clean ones were supplied, the staff always answered my callas but it took them 2 days to clean the place and put clean bed sheets.

  : All together the apartment was in a great location and was very quite building
  : The door to the apartment locks need to be fixed only the chain really worked to lock the door and the door knob was messed up so it took 4-5 twist to open the door. it was a really bad leak over the toilet and the toilet wouldn't flush.

  : We don't had Wifi, we don't had toilets paper, we don't had towels. Also the check in was terrible and the real location in the booking page is different. Also the building cleaning is awful.

  : Heating in all rooms, greatly located, staff was kind, well equipped (all you need for a comfortable stay), they got me a pre-requested table with chairs
  : Some ocasional insects inside the apartment. They didn't let me do a 45 min late check out. Very small apartment (but I guess normal for NYC standards).

  : Close to everything.BTW: Trash on Tuesday. Best to take the couch than front bedroom.
  : Low capacity hot water. Couch nasty, uncomfortable.No table or chairs. Small table and two chairs would be great.Good host. Very accommodating.
