  : The AC did not work and it was really hot. The inside was a lot smaller than expected and I didn’t receive the amount of bed space as what I booked for.

  : We were late getting there so he had to wait on us. Which he didn't have a problem with. Very nice gentleman. Location is really nice right in between Chinatown and Little Italy. So you do hear a bit of noise on the street but if you're there to visit the shops and have great food this is definitely a place to stay. It is a few minutes walk to the subway but not bad at all. The apartment is really nice and clean. Comfortable beds, few extra pillows, a couple extra towels, all the little Main Necessities to make a meal.
  : Was really upset that we should have had a sofa bed and didn't. A small chair that even my child couldn't sleep on isn't a bed. The extra bed is the reason we paid more. So that adults didn't have to share a bed. This needs to be fixed. We should have called and been moved but after the long travel there we were all done for the night. Walking up 4 flights of stair's was also not fun after all the walking you do in NY. At least a heads up about this would have been nice so we could have had the option to change location.
