  : This was a great place to stay for my family. Is it the fanciest? Nope. Is it perfectly fine and reasonably clean? Yes. The best part was having a place that had a couple of bedrooms so we all had privacy and the location was excellent for getting around town. Once we got there the people at 30 day stays were great and left us extra towels without even asking. I would certainly stay there again.
  : The pre travel experience is pretty sketchy and I need to say that to warn others so they don't have an anxiety attack like I was having. Basically the deal is that you reserve the place and you may or may not be staying at the listed address (but you will be in the same area), and they won't tell you the address until you sign a lease agreement and some paperwork. However, they don't send you that paperwork (or at least they didn't' in our case) until you're within the 24 hour window of your arrival. So if you feel squeamish about any of that, you can't cancel with a refund. The paperwork is straightforward...basically you are subleasing an apartment for a very short period of time, but it certainly is unlike anything I've ever signed before. Once you've signed that, they are supposed to send you the details of where the place is and how to get the keys. Something went awry with my paperwork, though, and I didn't get anything until the day of travel (thank God I had a layover in Dallas to check my email and texts). By that time, though, I was breathing into a paper bag. I had pretty much resigned myself to the reality that if the place was a scam (which it isn't -- it's great) that I'd just have to find a different hotel and fight it out with my credit card company and Booking.com afterward. However, once I reached my layover I had a text saying "you have to sign the papers before I can give you the details" and I showed the person on the other end my screenshot that that had been done, I received an address and was assured that someone would meet me with the keys. Our flight was late, and I was able to text from the airport with a new estimated arrival and it all worked out well. The person that met us was super nice and the place was just as I'd hoped. But it was a lot of stress before hand.

  : The location was great but that was about all.
  : It was a hassle picking up the key and a nightmare returning it. The sink in the bathroom drained slowly and there were no amenities or hairdryer. Doors didn't close all the way and things were unfinished.
