  : The host , location & property were great ! Felt like a “home”. Easy communication, close to lots of transportation, lots of food options. &&& banks & laundromat close as well ! We would definitely stay again :)
  : An ELEVATOR! Now of course thats the building not the stay but HOLY COW 4 flights of steps (technically 8!) twice a day, every day is exhausting. Also no mirrors in house except in bathroom so we brought a cheap one from Target. Not enough light/ windows in living room.

  : Location is great very close to Times Square. Appliances and amenities are enough and in good state including TV, Fridge, Oven, Microwave, Washing Machine, etc.
  : Apartment in 4th floor without Elevator and stairs are somehow vertical and narrow especially in first floor. Also the apartment is somehow old not exactly as it looks in the picture. The space is somehow small as most of apartments in NYC :(

  : The manager was super friendly, helpful, and always available when I needed him. The apartment was bright and well heated. The location is great and there’s an entrance to Downtown C/E trains less than half a block away, which was super convenient. There’s a lot of places where to buy groceries from nearby, as well as bars and restaurants. Also, many subway lines had stations nearby.
  : Not all units are the same and mine didn’t have a microwave, but I learned how to live without it and it wasn’t a huge issue. My unit didn’t have a buzzer, but it wasn’t a problem either, just something to mention. Overall, nothing too bad and very liveable.

  : The apartment was very clean and had all the necessary things for a stay. All the sheets were clean and very comfortable. The host was super nice and responsive.
  : I was with a baby and the apartment didn't have an elevator (I knew beforehand). WiFi failed a lot. The main room was pretty noisy from the street on the weekends.

  : Excellent accommodation in a fantastic location just a few blocks from Times Square. The facilities were great! I loved having an oven, freezer and blender to make my smoothies. It was fantastic to have a separate bedroom and closet, and really great to have a sofa and separate table and chairs too. The bathroom is not too small, like some people say, but I’m not a very large person! ;o) The staff were really attentive, once I had checked in. They responded immediately to all my requests, including sorting out the WiFi.Prior to check in though, I was a bit worried about it because there wasn’t a lot of contact and I kept being told to wait to be told check in instructions.
  : The neighbours were extremely loud and sounded like they were killing each other every night. It got quite annoying after 10 days. The walls are very thin.

  : Robert was the best host we’ve ever met. Then we were taken to the rooms. Great AC units, warm showers, comfortable beds, and the location was phenomenal. Steps away from Times Square and surrounded by amazing restaurants.
  : No elevator but once we got to our room we quickly forgot about the leg workout. Because the room was so accommodating.

  : Location was great. 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with a full kitchen/living room.
  : Bathroom was smaller than expected and bed is not as comfortable as I want it to be.

  : Very Good location, great WiFi. However, when we booked, it indicated an address in the 57th (near Central Park) and we were finally located in 49th. It’s not that far, but it is further to Central Park than what we wanted to be located (we needed to be near Central Park). No microwave, no water boiler, no pan.
  : We required an early check in and we did not feel they made the effort to grant it. We were given the apartment at 430pm. It was very difficult to communicate with the landlord in the day of our arrival, since we didn’t have WiFi.

  : The apartment was small. Toilet didn’t work real good. Didn’t have any toilet paper when I first got here. They left trash behind. Didn’t tell me what floor I was on. The address on the booking was not the same.
