  : That the room and the bathroom was clean and smell it like that. Also that have equipped kitchen. Was a good location just a few steps from subway
  : That it looks like a hidden ilegal place. Also the door from the closet did not work and let us feel unsafe to leave our belongings. But once we are in the property it was clean and confortable.

  : There was no heating in the place an it was very cold. so I almost got sick and had to check out a day earlier.Very unfortunate

  : Nothing, the place was really dirty, and the housekeeping very rude. She asked me for money because i got there a little earlier and she said she would call the cops.. very bad experience. 0 at 10

  : Have to wait for check in at 10 AM ++. There are not key for each room and there are not the officer in the hotel until the check in - check out time.

  : The cleaning lady was very sweet
  : The Rostel presented as a Hotel on line. This place was far from being a Hotel. It is a walk up Air BnB type arrangement. The area is extremely sketchy and I'm thankful I wasn't alone. The directions that I was given make it seem like its a short walk from the bus station. When in fact you have to take a Subway to get to the right area. The subway in that area was quite the experience, it was the only one during our time in New York that had police in it. Thank goodness for this lovely Angel lady who road the bus with us, she walked us right to the door, which was just addressed with a Number (no signage what soever.) This arrangement was misleading and I would highly recommend you do not stay at this location. The only good thing about this stay, other than leaving, was meeting the lovely cleaning lady. She was very sweet.

  : The easy access to the subway was the best part of our stay. Having a private room was comforting, as well as multiple locked doors prior to entry.For an inexpensive night in NYC, it would be hard to beat the accommodations, location and privacy. We would consider staying again in the future.
  : The lock on our closet wasn’t secure, which made us a little uneasy about leaving our things when we left for sightseeing during the day.
