  : Okay so staying at this hotel is a catch 22 situation. I'll get to the issues later, and there are A LOT of them.- The location is epic. You can walk to a lot of attractions in the city. Or walk to the subway/bus station and go anywhere you like.- The rooms are fairly bigger than what you get in New York. - The value for money is great. I paid the least for this hotel as compared to other smaller rooms in NYC.- They clean the rooms every day. - There's a business center on Floor 2 that you can use even if you have checked out. It has toilets, vending machines.- They keep your luggage in case your flight is later than the check out time.
  : The hotel management/staff are well-aware that they are offering cheaper rooms as compared to the rest of the city so they don't really care about how they talk to guests - because they know they will fill up the hotel anyway.- At check-in, the lady at the front desk was extremely dry and rude. - There's a manager lady (don't know her name) who is absolutely rude, disrespectful and racist. The night before I was supposed to check-out, I called at the front desk and she told me you have to check-out at 12pm SHARP as we are overbooked and you can't even stay 15 minutes over. So I came down the next day and checked out at 1145am, had breakfast in front of the hotel and came back around 130pm to use the restroom. A family was checking out at 130pm and all she said to them was, "Check out policy is at 12pm sir, please be mindful". I dont understand why she was so rude to us. I was traveling with my wife and toddler. - Parking at this place is a mess (as is the case for every hotel in NYC). You wont find any. They will direct you to a parking plaza nearby which gives a discounted rate to hotel guests at USD 40 per day. And you cant take your car out once its in. - The rooms are noisy. Even though I got a higher floor, noise from the next room was unbearable. The walls are made of paper probably.- There's no exhaust fan in the bathrooms so it gets really stuffy and smelly.

  : Room was spacious for our family of four with a double queen bed and the bathroom was clean and well maintained. We liked the fact that we had a little fridge and microwave in the room. Location was good, less than 10 minutes from Fifth Ave and the Rockafeller center and was in a little less busy area of town, which was perfect for our family.
  : The beds were a little too soft for me, but overall we had a very comfortable stay. There was no breakfast served in the hotel but there was a fantastic bagel shop within a block (just plan to wait in line, it's so popular!)
