  : The location is great. It's close to everything and the area is filled with restaurants and coffee shops. The subway station is very close too. The bed was wonderful, really comfortable (which always helps when you're jetlagged and need to sleep at 4 pm). Overall, the stay wasn't perfect but the room size, the bed and the location might make me want to stay there again. It's also a good value for money.
  : Our room was clean but the bathroom had a towel covered in shaved hairs (I know, gross) and the sheets also had a couple of hairs that were not ours. The kitchenette had a microwave but no utensils to heat up food there (no plates, no cutlery, nothing). It didn't have a toaster or anything. What's the point of paying for a studio if you don't have access to the most basic utensils? There was a cable and a lightbulb and switch that didn't work in the kitchenette area as well. The breakfast was exactly the same everyday: watery milk, bagels, doughnuts, oranges & bananas, cereal, toast. That's it. The window didn't seem to be double glazed so you can hear EVERYTHING that is going on outside. It didn't shut properly which didn't help. People were always slamming doors and shouting in the middle of the night on our floor too.

  : In general, It’s a good hotel. The property have a good location, the room was clean and comfortable.
  : The costumer service is poor. There is not an attitude to clarify or help with a smile. The coffee of the reception was really bad and they have construction workers in the middle of the welcome area. This was inappropriate. Small details should be important.

  : -Location was great in midtown Manhattan. Close to Koreatown (if that’s something you’re looking for) and a short subway ride from many of the major attractions. It’s also quiet at night which is a plus. -Room is clean & warm. Shower is great. -Bed is super comfy.

  : Bed was super comfortable, memory foam mattress, room was a great size! Staff were really helpful and friendly
  : The view from the room was disappointing and because the outside of the window was severely stained it was difficult to see anything out of it which spoiled the view we had.
