  : Pros:-Location was excellent. One block from a subway station and bus stop. Key Foods grocery store is just up the hill, along with a CVS. Westside Market is just down the hill.-Adequate supply of pots/pans and utensils to prepare meals.-Fairly quiet building with no loud voices, parties, etc. Could hear a pet or scampering feet from unit above.
  : Cons:-Were locked out of unit upon arrival at 10pm (with keys inside). No apologies from host. Were told to ask front desk if they could let us in (which is against all "house rules" to not speak to front desk). Were chided by the front desk but eventually let in.-Upon arrival, bathroom off of main bedroom had something freshly spilled all over the sink and in the tub. Again, no apologies from host. Were told they would send housekeeping the next day.- Dining table only had one functional chair. Three other broken chairs found in hall closet. -If planning to stay more than a few days, will likely need to purchase additional toilet paper.

  : Pros; Location - quite, close to Central Park and several supermarkets, quick subway ride from the centre was wonderful. Room - perfect size for a long stay, with all equipments.
  : Cons; No air conditioner! No curtains. The room is facing another buidling, and the window is in front of the bed. Bed is exposed to anyone from the building in front if they wanted to peek. Housekeeping - Poor. spiderwebs in corners, bathroom smells funky probably cause it hasn't been cleaned properly. There was a fan instead of the air conditioner which made it better, but the fan was sucking up all the dust and things from the back of the cabinets which wasn't cleaned at all, and spreading them to the room. If the fan is placed, it has to be cleaned... Corner of the mattress sunk. SOBENY comes back quickly, but the property manager doesn't respond unless pushed by SOBENY. I asked for the TV to be fixed, he didn't respond and never got fixed, while I was there during the olympics week.
