  : This is an amazing apartment for NYC standard. It's close to Washington Sq Park, the PATH trains and severa subway stops. And there's a few restaurants, a supermarket, and dry cleaning nearby (if you need it). The amenities are good quality and work perfectly. And the place was clean when we came in! Exactly like the photos — perhaps better.
  : There was one cockroach but that's to be expected in the city. And we only saw it once. There's NO elevator — be warned, especially if you're carrying large luggages. It's only one flight of stairs though so not too bad. And the walls are very thin, so be mindful of your neighbors in the building.

  : Need small mirror in small bathroom, hand towels in both baths would be very helpful, and towel hooks or rods would be appreciated.

  : Very comfortable apto, has everything we need for our stay with the kids. Great location!! A lot restaurants and small store close to the unit.
  : When we got there the trash outside the apartment was full, we spent 10 days and on the day 9 they sent someone to pick up the trash because I sent a message!!!

  : Excellent location, three pretty spacious bedrooms (by hotel standards), and every comodity one could ask for. The beds are extremely comfortable, almost everything works great, and the TV has many streaming services. Rob, our appointed city hero, was really nice.The sofa can transform into a double bed if needed (we didn't). The wifi was pretty stable and the washer and drying machines are really convenient.We were a group of 6 and didn't feel cramped at all.
  : The courtains in ths shower and windows are removable, so they fall from time to time. Also the AC unit in one of the bedrooms didn't cool very much, but the staff offered to check it. The bathroom doors are slidong doors, and one of them jamed pretty badly, but we managed.
