  : The apt had no broom/cleaning supplies, it had roaches crawling throughout the unit as well. For it to be so expensive i believe that everything should have been set up to be comfortable soaps,cleaning supplies, and definitely should've been sprayed for bugs i had to have my daughter in that living condition and I feel as though that is extremely unacceptable

  : We didn't get croissants or fluffy other things but the vendor thoughtfully left water & coffee and was also at hand to assist if required.
  : The apartment lacked a female touch. At least 2 full length mirrors would have been great.

  : My 3 days stay was a nightmare. I booked for 4 nights but had to get another hotel for the 1st night as I couldn't gain access to the apartment and the phone lines given to me were not available. This is an air b&b displayed as apparthotel by booking.com. It was a big surprise on arrival seeing a dirty and smelly entrance with no indication of the apartment name. The owner claimed not to have the vital information about my arrival: time, days, number of persons. I was made to pay 56$ for cleaning but I was told the package didn't include cleaning. I used 1 dark towel all through. The single old TV can't connect to internet. The owners are so arrogant. Though I lost one day I had paid for, the owner kicked me out at 12 noon, even when there are no space to keep my luggage for my night flight.

  : It was very pleasant, very easy to relax. I almost forgot I was just in Newark.
  : The only thing that bothered me was the WiFi, as well as the bake feature on the over weren’t working and I couldn’t figure it out.
