  : It was clean. They provided a bar of Dove soap in the bathroom.
  : Everything about this place was depressing. Poorly lit, old scratched furniture. The kind of hangers that you can’t remove. No closet . Day laborers living in the back units of the property.And to top it off, I notified management one week before I came that I would shorten my stay by one day, and they refused to refund the payment. That has never happened to me before, even at fine hotels. Entry desk in hotel office was frequently unattended and the real manager was never present.

  : Very convenient, modestly priced motel, near Newport. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Average but perfectly adequate amenities, good value for money, great for a short stay. Would definitely return if in need of a place to stay for a night or two near Newport.

  : It's very close to Newport and very quiet. There are stores about half a mile away, in case you need something. Bed was comfortable and facility very clean

  : This motel has the potential to be quite charming. The bed was good, the ac worked well, and the shower was great. The room was clean as well. We liked that the mini fridge had a freezer. But for the price we paid, we expect we expected at least plastic or styrofoam cups in the room, Kleenex, and working vending and ice machines, and a hair dryer. The instructions for getting into wifi were wrong! And when we tried to get cups at 10:00 pm, nobody was in the lobby - also true when we attempted to check out.
  : See above - there were no drinking cups in the rooms nor tissues. There were no working vending machines and the ice machines didn’t work, and the lobby was locked at 10:00 pm when we tried to get cups, and was locked at 9:20 in the morning when we tried to check out.
