  : I liked that the loft was located within walking distance from the retail stores & restaurant/bars. I also like the layout of the house, the rooms & the fact that each room have a modern en suite bathrooms.
  : Even though the loft was nice over-all I didnt felt safe sleeping inside because the building is right on the street level, its immediately right off the sidewalk/curve. The owner of the property should invest in window guards and a better front door lock on the door. I felt like in any given moment someone could kick the door open (due to the one lock on the main loft entrance door). Lastly, The furnitures could (sofa/chairs/rugs) have been newer or more modern.

  : Loved the location , very close to restaurants, shops etc. Lovely accomodation, large roof terrace although our weather only permitted us to use it fully on 1 day however that's nature for you.
  : Disappointed we could not have a late check out ....we had a late evening flight & the property was not booked for day of our departure however as outsourced cleaning company had been booked this could not be arranged despite emailing on our arrival.

  : Great property with plenty of room. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Nice to have a parking spot with the house. Really liked the location on the quieter end of Thames St. but very walkable to everything. Also liked that there is a convenience store and gas station a block away.
  : Air conditioning did not work too well. Not sure if it was an energy efficiency thing but it didnt get cooler than 73 degrees no matter how much you turned it down. It wasnt ideal for sleeping as we were all pretty hot (especially the upstairs bedrooms). Luckily we werent in Newport on the hottest of days. Would have opened the windows and sliders but they didnt have screens. There were no dryer sheets that I could find. The only other negative was that there was outdoor furniture on the second deck but there werent any cushions (and it was the kind of furniture that needs cushions). Otherwise its an excellent property!

  : Omg! The house is lovely. Each bedroom was very comfortable. So clean! Guest services was very accommodating to our needs. Close to town. Great parking easy directions to get in, spa like baths
  : Can say anything! kitchen we needs a couple of things but they got for us.

  : The property was very nice, very clean well decorated and comfortable.
  : couple problems we had was given the wrong code and got locked out. Fortunately the staff responded quickly by phone and reset account I got in. But it was an awful feeling to be locked out and have all our stuff inside including our car keys. The second problem was we had someone come in to check the outlets and breakers that had stopped working. They came in while we were gone but neglected to lock the door upon leaving I just felt that was unacceptable. otherwise everything was great.
