  : Spacious room and did allow late check out
  : Hot and humid in the hotel and hallways, room temp was hot and AC barely kept up. Half of the lamps/lights didn’t work. All locked down bottles of shampoo, cond., and body wash were empty. Tub didn’t hold water, and ice machine rarely worked. Coffee maker had leftover coffee pod in it.

  : Honestly there aren’t much things which I liked about this place but to forcefully mention the things which I liked which may matter to other can be:1) location: it’s like 20 mins of walk from the falls, so if you’re someone who can walk, you can save money on taxis by walking .2) ambience: the ambience is good, like aesthetically only.That’s it. There’s nothing more to like about this hotel much.
  : The brand, Marriott, is a big name in India. These lines of hotels holds a prestigious goodwill and are known for amazing hotel services. This particular hotel, in Niagara Falls, i.e courtyard by Marriott, has shattered all our expectations and the image which we held about Marriott. The services were so poor, they have made there arbitrary rules in the hotel in order to do cost cutting, there’s no room service, I mean, hotel like Marriott not offering rooms service? Marriott should think twice and do there study before just lending out there affiliation to random hotels. Not only the service was poor, when I called the reception to do the room maintenance, they said they only offer it if the guest is staying for 3 days, and said it can be opted if I request for it, and when I requested, they said the staff isn’t available. They said that only refreshment of room is available if the stay is less than 3 days which includes bathroom cleaning and sheets made, and guess what, when we came back to our room the bathroom was barely cleaned and no sheets were made, and when I requested for these services, they just said no staff is available. These all are just tip of the iceberg, no staff is available to actually carry your luggage and leave it to your room while checking in/out. You have to carry it yourself. No complimentary water bottle, poor breakfast food options, there’s like nothing worth choosing between the option which they offer, and you then eventually have to just buy something at there cafe, which is like extremely expensive for no reason. The staff at the main reception is extremely rude. They’re just working for the sake of it as if they’ve been forced to do it, no hospitality ethics, nothing. The washroom should have one Matt near the shower or at least a curtain so that the water wouldn’t spill out, but guess what, it’s not there and you have to just clean it with the towels which they provide.I feel like I just wasted my 779$.

  : The reception (Michaela) at check out was courteous and understanding.
  : First the room was warm and after trying to adjust the temp we learned that it was being controlled by front desk. Second, we went out to dinner and when we returned we could not enter the room. The keys were reprogrammed, they did not work. The hotel staff came and they couldn’t open. We were left in the hallway at 11 at night. Twenty thirty minutes later it resets and we were able to open the door with no assistance from the hotel.

  : Clean and the room is huge. Looks modern on the common area.
  : The hotel room and toilet were bare minimum. Does not look as modern as the common area. Hotel surrounding wasn’t great and not many eating places around. Water is not provided.

  : The staff was really fun and sweet although they didn't understand English sometimes they were super sweet
  : It was a bait and switch they lied they were under construction for renovations We found out by locals a car had damaged the pool back in February and nothing else had been done since so when we booked the pool was closed but they had only said the restaurant was It was infuriating to say the lease. We kept getting charged for food that we did not purchase and erroneous charges kept coming up days after the trip. Luckily for my husband and I we both work in very big companies and we'll make sure to tell people to avoid this hotel while visiting Niagara

  : The rooms were good. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
  : Even though one of the staff members was trying to help there was another member saying that the hotel was full, and your request cannot be accommodated. I also asked if he could accommodate atleast in the same level, but no luck. Even though I asked him that the request was placed when i booked the room, he did not help us out. As we travelled as a family it was hard for us to go from one floor to another.
